Short, and in the same words we would use on the phone. If a sentence here does not match what the service actually does, the sentence is wrong and we want to know.

Reclaim is a service run by Get Virtual View, a sole proprietorship based in Massachusetts, United States, reachable at support@reclaimphotos.com. A sole proprietorship is one person's business rather than a company, so there is no corporation standing between you and whoever does the work. That cuts both ways and you should know it before you start: there is no large organisation behind this, and there is also nobody to hide behind.
Reclaim is not affiliated with Apple in any way. iCloud, Apple ID and the Apple name belong to Apple.
You give us access to your iCloud photo library through a link sent to you. We read it and show you what is in it. You choose how far back to keep. Every photo and video outside that window is copied to our server at full original quality. Reclaim checks each copy against the original, and you download the set to your own computer. If your invitation allows removal, you can choose it after you confirm that you have the files. A copy-only invitation does not remove anything from iCloud.
Reclaim uses your password for sign-in and does not write it to your record or logs. The service keeps the session Apple returns so work can continue after you close the page, then deletes it when the job's work finishes. You should continue only if you accept the account risk. You can read Apple's iCloud terms before deciding.
One price for the job, set by the size of the whole library the scan finds. That includes anything you decide to leave in iCloud as well as what we copy. The read-only first look is included with the service, and the size is measured from it, so the figure is fixed before any copying starts. The estimate includes the extra files Apple lists with a Live Photo or other photo, and those bytes count toward the price band. If Apple does not provide a size for one of those files, Reclaim marks the estimate as a minimum. The fixed quote uses that estimate. Packaging can make the final download slightly larger without changing the quote. Sizes in this price table use decimal GB, where 1 GB is 1 billion bytes.
| Size of the library | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 10 GB | $49 |
| More than 10 GB, up to 50 GB | $99 |
| More than 50 GB, up to 200 GB | $199 |
| More than 200 GB | Quoted from the scan |
You are invoiced directly after you accept the result and the verified archive is ready. Payment is due within 14 days. There is no interest or late fee, no checkout, no subscription, and no card details are taken or stored. The software has no payment step in it: what unlocks removal of your originals is your confirmation that you hold the files, and nothing else.
You can stop at any point before removal starts. Tell us and we will stop safely, delete our copy, and leave your iCloud as it was. You can also keep everything in iCloud after confirming you have the files. Choose that option on your job page and our temporary copy will be deleted. After removal has run there is still Apple's thirty-day window, and we will help you put things back inside it.
If we lose or damage something we were holding for you, tell us. We will show you from the record what happened, and help you recover what can be recovered while Apple's window lasts. That is what one person's business can actually do, and we would rather say it than promise more.
If a court decides that a sentence here cannot be enforced, that sentence stops applying and the rest of these terms still apply. Nothing here takes away a right the law says cannot be given up.
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts of Massachusetts. If a consumer protection law where you live gives you rights beyond this page, those rights stand and nothing here is meant to take them away.
If these terms change, the date and version at the top change too. When you agree on the client page, your job record stores the version, the time, and that the agreement came from your invitation link. That recorded version applies to your job. Ask us for a copy and we will send it.
What we hold while a job runs, who can read it and when it is deleted is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.
